POWDER 235

Powder 235 is a hot water tank paint stripper and carbon remover for the use on all ferrous metals but will affect aluminium and some other alloys.  As a result of its unique formation, it exhibits high surface activity, excellent corrosion behavior and potent cleaning efficiency. This cleaning chemical safely strips organic finishes from ferrous metals, removes carbon and sludge from pistons, engine parts and compressor sections of gas turbines.  It also works well in parts cleaning equipment where it is mixed with water, heated and sprayed onto the part via a small pressure gun.

DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM AND CHECK SPECIAL ALLOYS.

Mixed at between 10 – 15% with water and heated to 80 degrees C.  The parts are put into a basket and lowered into the hot solution for one to two hours.  Remove and rinsed or high pressure cleaned.

Please ensure that this product is kept out of reach of children. Wear safety eyewear, rubber gloves and suitable overalls.  Always wash hands after use and do not ingest. If skin irritation persists, seek medical advice. If product splashes into eyes, wash with clean, running water for at least 10 minutes. Seek medical advice is irritation persists.
