BLEACH
Our standard bleach has a chlorine content of 5% and is stronger than the normal bleach sold in shops and supermarkets. Not only does it bleach, it also disinfects, deodorizes and sanitizes. It should only be used on cottons, linens, whites and fast colours. If in any doubt, please do a test on a small piece of the material first.
With this cleaning product you would only need to use half the normal amount of bleach because our bleach is so concentrated.
This cleaning chemical can be used in many different ways. For a whiter wash, mix 15ml of bleach to 5l of water. Add your laundry and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Remove from the solution and wash thoroughly. This should only be done with white fabrics.
For fabric with stubborn stains, soak the stained item in warm water for 10 minutes and then soak in a mixture of 100ml bleach with 5 litres of cold water for 10 to20 minutes. Wash thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
To disinfect and deodorize, mix 100ml of our bleach with 5 litres of warm water. Wash the item and then leave in mixture for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
It is important to always check labels of clothing items to see if they can be bleached. Follow manufacturers instructions. If there is no label then cut a small test piece of the fabric and soak in a solution of 125ml of bleach and 250ml of water. Rinse the test fabric and check to see if it is any different to the rest of the fabric.
Do not use bleach on waffle cloth, pique, rayon, satin and wool.
