Cleantex Competition

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all industry personnel and members of industry associations.
• Entrants must be legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the competition.
• Employees of Prime Cleaning Suppliers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

2. Entry:

• To enter, participants must:
  • Receive the initial competition email and click the link to the website competition entry form page.
  • Complete the online form on the landing page with their full name, email address, and contact information and submit.
  • The entry will be verified with a return email from Prime Cleaning Suppliers.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize:

• The prize is a Wetrok Monovac Comfort 11 vacuum cleaner.
• The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.

4. Drawing:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The drawing will be conducted on Friday 1 November 2024 at 12:00.
• The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the drawing.

5. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 business days to claim the prize.
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
• The prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within 7 business days of verifying eligibility.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Prime Cleaning Suppliers (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.
• Prime Cleaning Suppliers (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may occur during the competition.

7. Governing Law:

• This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa.

8. Privacy Policy:

• By entering the competition, participants agree Prime Cleaning Suppliers’ privacy policy.
• We shall:
  • Treat your personal information as strictly confidential.
  • Take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and is protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage, alteration, disclosure or access.
  • Promptly notify you if we become aware of any unauthorised use, disclosure or processing of your personal information.
  • Provide you with reasonable evidence of our compliance with our obligations under this policy on reasonable request, and
  • We shall not retain your personal information longer than the period for which it was originally required, unless we are required by law to do so, or you consent to us retaining such information for a longer period.

9. Modification:

• Prime Cleaning Suppliers (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel this competition at any time without notice.

10. Force Majeure:

• Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure is caused by a force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. If a force majeure event occurs, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing and use reasonable efforts to mitigate its effects. If the force majeure event continues for a period of 7 days, either party may terminate this agreement without liability.

11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and terms and conditions.
• Entrants agree to sign up to the Prime Cleaning mailing list.

• To enter, participants must:
  • Receive the Online Vacuum Cleaner competition email and print the email out with the prefilled in entry form.
  • Entrants must bring the printed email & Entry form to the Cleantex Exhibition at Gallagher Estate Conference Centre in Midrand, Gauteng between the 16 – 18 October 2024 and visit Prime Cleaning Suppliers at their stand #B01. The entry form is to be placed in the Competition Box.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize:

• A weekend getaway for two at Sun City Resort, valued at R15,000.
• The prize includes two nights’ accommodation at the Sun City Hotel.
• The exact details of the booking, including the dates, room type, number of persons, meal plan, and any additional inclusions, will be determined in consultation with the winner after they have been notified.
• Should the winner want arrangements that exceed the value, any extra costs are for the winner’s own account and Prime Cleaning Suppliers (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for this.
• The winner is responsible for their own transportation to and from Sun City.

4. Exclusions:

• The prize does not include any expenses not specifically mentioned above, such as flights, transfers, meals other than those included in the accommodation, or any activities or attractions not included in the booking.
• The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or their companions during the trip.
• The organizer is not responsible for any changes to the prize or the booking that may occur after the winner has been notified.

• The drawing will be conducted on Friday 1 November 2024 at 12:00.
• The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the drawing.

• Prime Cleaning Suppliers (Pty) is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition or the prize.
• The winner is responsible for their own health and safety while on the trip.
• Prime Cleaning Suppliers (Pty) is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner that are not specifically included in the prize.
