Delivery Information
You can collect your order from our factory in Centurion or ask about our delivery options. We only deliver to addresses in South Africa.
Your goods will leave our factory within 48 hours of placing your order (if all items are in stock). We will notify you of stock problems as soon as possible.
Free delivery
If you are in Gauteng and your order is over R2500 you will get free delivery. Your order will be delivered by one of our vehicles.
Other deliveries in Gauteng
If you are in Gauteng and your order is under R2500, your order will be sent out with a courier. If you order 1-4 5L containers, you can expect your delivery to cost just under R130. If you order more, your cost will increase.
Deliveries outside Gauteng
If you are outside Gauteng, you will pay delivery fees and these will depend on your delivery address and how much you order. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please email us enquiries@blendwell.co.za
Please note that deliveries to farms, plots, townships and rural areas may incur extra charges and may take longer.
Handling Fee
Stock may be returned by a customer within 30 days after it was invoiced. The stock can be credited as long as:
- The customer can produce the sale invoice as proof of the transaction with Blendwell.
- The product is in good condition / still sealed etc.
- A handling fee of 10% will be charged to cover all the admin costs around the transaction (customer is returning stock to Blendwell premises).
- There is no handling fee is product is faulty or the wrong item is delivered.
