Absolutely! We only sell our products in 5 l and 25 l containers, so you will need to buy in these sizes. But you are free to buy any products in these sizes.
Delivery Queries
You can select to collect your order from our factory at 1 Mints Street, Old Mint Office Park, Old Pretoria Road, Louwlardia, Centurion. Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/w4aaMbfXDLb4DZe78
We deliver orders over R2500 within a 35km radius from our factory for free. If your order is within 35km but under R2500, there will be a delivery charge. This will vary depending on your order size. The website is able to instantly work out your delivery fees.
If you are further away from us, the website is also able to calculate your shipping costs.
If you wish to send a courier, please check that your order is ready before you dispatch them to collect.
Every order takes time to prepare from the paperwork to the production and warehouse department ensuring availability and stock pulling. We ask that you place your order at least 48 hours before you wish to collect. You can expect our staff to get in touch with you when your order is ready. Sometimes there can be delays on orders so please do not assume it is ready the next day.

Yes, you can. Please select the ‘Collect from Factory’ option on checkout. Please also leave us a comment or note that you will be sending a courier. Be sure to check with us that your order is ready for collection before sending the courier.
Stock may be returned by a customer within 30 days after it was invoiced. The stock can be credited as long as:
- The customer can produce the sale invoice as proof of the transaction with Blendwell.
- The product is in good condition / still sealed etc.
- A handling fee of 10% will be charged to cover all the admin costs around the transaction (customer is returning stock to Blendwell premises).
- There is no handling fee is product is faulty or the wrong item is delivered
Account Queries
You are entitled to cancel your order within 5 working days after placing the order. Please contact us on 086 111 6008 or enquiries@blendwell.co.za. The order has not yet been processed, it can simply be cancelled. If it has been dispatched a handling fee of 15% will apply. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
- Contact our sales office to discuss your problem or send us an email. We will let you know whether we have approved your request and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or you can return it to our factory (dependent on your original order’s shipping method).
- If you are returning goods via courier, please package carefully. Please include your name, and order number inside the parcel

You have a few options. If you are ordering online, you can pay by EFT and Credit Card. This will be done through PayFast. Please be aware that goods can only leave our factory once payment has cleared. Important: Blendwell Chemicals does not store your payment details.
If you are not ordering online you can pay by EFT or swipe a debit or credit card on collection. We cannot offer card or payment services or on delivery.
Most of our products have a shelf life of 2 years.
