Order Process – From Placing Your Order To Getting Your Goods

Please note: We do not accept walk-ins. You will need to place an order and give us time to process to be able to get the goods you want. 

You can expect from placing your finalised order to your goods being ready to leave our factory should take about 2 days. We cannot release any goods without confirmed payment. 

What is the order process if I order online?

You can also place your order online. When placing an order on our website you can go to: When you order online, you can get a discount by using the coupon code: get10. This will allow you to get a 10% discount. This discount is not available for orders not placed on the website.

When ordering online, you will need to complete payment online too. The website will guide you to PayFast which is a secure payment gateway that allows you to make your payment with peace of mind.

After you have completed your order, it automatically emails through to us. You can just sit back and relax. You will hear from us when your order is complete and ready to leave our factory.

If you have selected to collect your order, we will let you know when it is ready to collect.

If you chose delivery via courier, you order will be delivered by The Courier Guy. We will send you the waybill for the Courier Guy so that you can track your order.

If you qualified for free shipping (available only in Gauteng for orders over R2000), your order will go out on one of our trucks. There is a maximum of 2 days for us to ensure that a truck is coming in your direction.

How to place an order?

You can place your order by phone, Whatsapp or email. Please include sizes and quantities in your order. Please supply us with an email address so that we can email you the sales order.

Please say if your order is for delivery (charges may apply) or collection. If you would like a delivery please provide an exact delivery address. We cannot work out delivery charges without a street address.

What happens next?

We will do the paperwork required to get your order into our system. Our sales order will then be emailed to you. This does not mean that you can collect your order – your goods are not ready at this stage. Do not arrive at our factory until we confirm that you can come. 

We will be checking stock and making sure that your order can be pulled from available stock. If we do not have something in stock, we will need to order it in or make a new batch. This can add a few days to your order.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by EFT. You can find our banking details on your sales order. Please send us your proof of payment so that we know to look out for your order.

If you are collecting from our factory, you can swipe your card on collection. We do not accept cash. If you are unable to pay on collection, we will not be able to release goods. 

Ready to collect…

Once we have picked your order, we will let you know when it is ready to collect. You will receive this notification by email or phone call. You can collect from our factory: 1 Mints Street, Old Mint Office Park, Old Pretoria Road, Louwlardia, Centurion

Delivery process

If your order is being delivered by our trucks, we will schedule it for delivery. We can usually deliver to most areas in Gauteng within 2 days.

If we are sending your goods via courier, we will send you the waybill so that you can track your order.

What do I do if there is a problem?
